Sea House was a new dwelling located directly on the edge of the beach on the Kent coast.

Our client, a property developer, bought the site with the benefit of planning permission. 

 

Services included a series of design revisions to provide additional and improved accommodation and the preparation of a full package of detailed drawings to allow construction and ensure compliance with the building regulations.

 

Attention to detail was key this project.  The selection of appropriate materials and consideration of the manner in which they met and formed junctions was essential to the way in which the house evokes the spirit of the sea and connects with the rugged Kent coastline.
